I stopped drinking sodas and powdered juices. Although I still cant give up my coffee and tea.
Bowel movement is okay. But it's getting more frequent than it used to.
Tried jogging. And I'm emphasizing TRY. as I always wake up late. Haha
Still, I dont want to use a scale to monitor if I already lose some weight. I dont want to pressure myself really. I want to motivate myself more, that's why I always look at Miranda Kerr's picture every single waking moment and telling myself "You can do this, or you'll barely make it through the stairs without stopping in a few years".
Discipline is so hard, Goddamit. But hopefully I'll get through another week.
